The Person behind the strategy
Social media has always been about people before it's about platforms, and that's been true since long before brands treated it as a core business function. My work spans content strategy, community management, online reputation management, social listening, and paid media, with experience across tech, retail, QSR, CPG, travel and tourism, and nonprofit brands.
I've led global community management teams, managed online reputation across more than 650 locations, built content strategies for B2C, B2B, and ESG audiences, and overseen more than $20 million in annual paid social investment across four channels.
I believe effective marketing starts with understanding people. Every business has a unique story, audience, and challenge, which is why I don't believe in one-size-fits-all marketing plans. Whether I'm creating content, managing a community, protecting a brand's reputation, or optimizing paid campaigns, my focus stays the same: helping businesses build meaningful relationships that drive measurable results.
